IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make accounts in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use to purchase from the store. Real names are not required to post in the Lost & Found section.
PAYMENTS: Our merchant account is with Paypal. This will allow our clients to make payments using major credit cards. No other form of payment is accepted at this time.
CHILDREN: All children under 18 must have an adults permission to post, purchase and even use the site usalostfound.com.
PRICES: Prices are correct at time of publication; however, they continually fluctuate. In case of human or computer error, My Free Animals reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.

Deposit: A deposit is sometimes due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will clearly note the amount due.
Form of Payment: Major credit cards or debit cards and Paypal only for postings. Cash for some store purchases.
Refunds: All payments to My Free Animals are non-refundable and non- transferable.
